LEBAB SYSTEMS, S.L. ("LEBAB") is a service provider with legal address in C/ Ribera del Loira, 46, Madrid (Spain). This LEGAL NOTICE is intended to regulate access to and use of this web portal ("WEBSITE"), accessible at www.lebab.es, and the relationship between this WEBSITE and its users ("USERS").

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

LEBAB has adopted the security meaures for the protection of personal data required by law and has taken all possible technical provisions against the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access to and theft of personal data provided by USERS. Nevertheless, USERS must be aware that internet security measures do not constitute a total guarantee of safety.
All personal data received will be processed automatically and incorporated into the corresponding files generated automatically by LEBAB.

Prior to receipt of personal data, LEBAB will ensure that USERS are given the option to access this Protection of Personal Data policy and any other relevant information and to provide the appropriate consent authorizing the automatic processing of any such data by LEBAB.

LEBAB reserves the right to modify the present policy in response to new legislative and legal requirements and new industry practices, respecting at all times the legitimate interests of the consumer or user. USERS are also entitled to information concerning the possible uses of their personal data and the PARTNERS with whom LEBAB may share such data.
